You will not be asked to do silly things and we will always treat you with the utmost respect.

Will I be able to be Hypnotised

Most people can go into a trance state but the deepness of the trance can vary from person to person. However if you suffer from epilespsy, schizophrenia or clinical depression, then you should consult your GP before making an appointment.

What is a Trance State like? Is it like Sleeping?

You will not be asleep when hypnotised. The word hypnosis comes from the ancient Greek word 'hypnos' meaning sleep. There is often a misconception that a person in a trance is unconscious Hypnosis is generally a very relaxed state. Surprisingly enough, being in a state of trance is actually an everyday occurrence. The most obvious description of a person in a trance is like someone who is daydreaming.
