Janet has practiced as a nurse in the National Health Service, Private Sector and Charitable Organisations for over 30 years. During the last 5 years Janet has initiated and developed a nurse lead complementary therapy service in a palliative care setting. Janet’s interest in clinical hypnotherapy began when she realised that she required an alternative disciplines to touch therapies.

Janet uses her experience as a nurse to build rapport, communicate and carry out health assessments. Her treatments are holistic, therapeutic and unique as she uses adaptations of aromatherapy and reflexology to promote relaxation as the introduction to clinical hypnotherapy.

Janet used hypnotherapy sessions with a young worried couple who were expecting their second baby. These treatments proved to be beneficial as the labour was much less intense and considerably shorter that than first experience. This encouraged Janet to study at Sterling Infirmary in Scotland and she is now a Certified HypnoBirthing® Practitioner.

Eamonn has over 32 years experience with the Civil Service and uses his interpersonal skills to help clients to maximise their performance and ability. He is respected for his insights and ideas on how to unlock individual potential by accessing the power of the human mind towards achieving true potential.

Ryan Kinnear LLB (hons) Dc Hyp,MSBST

Ryan is an experienced Clinical hypnotherapist. He has been interested in hypnotherapy for 13 years and used it to conquer his own severe exam nerves while studying law in Manchester. Ryan qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in London. Ryan has worked as a Sales Manager for the last ten years working with large blue chip companies such as Xerox. Ryan is also a keen sportsman and specialises in business and sports motivation.
